Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your FoundersChecklist.AI account and the data associated with it. This applies to accounts created in the FoundersChecklist.AI mobile app (published on the App Store and Google Play by JustDidIt Inc.) and on this website.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to info@founderschecklist.ai with the subject line "Delete my account".
- Send it from the email address associated with your FoundersChecklist.AI account (the address you signed up with, or the one used for Google or Apple sign-in). This is how we verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- We will confirm your request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile information (name, email address, sign-in identifiers)
- Your tasks, notes, checklists, and progress data
- Your inputs to and responses from the AI coaches
- Your in-app settings and preferences
What may be kept, and for how long
- Purchase and transaction records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance, for the period required by applicable law.
- Encrypted backups that may contain your data are automatically purged on a rolling basis within 90 days of deletion.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription first in your device's subscription settings (App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions).
