Terms of Service
JustDidIt Inc. and JustDidIt Japan LLC and its affiliates ("JustDidIt", "JDIJ", "we", "our", or "us") provides FoundersCheckList.AI subject to the following terms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
1. Use of Services
You may use our services only if you are 18 years of age or older and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
2. Account
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. JustDidIt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with or without notice. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without liability to JustDidIt.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are and remain the exclusive property of JustDidIt or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant JustDidIt a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, process, display, and derive insights from that content to operate and improve our services. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. No Professional Advice; AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The content, checklists, recommendations, and any other output generated through our services, including output produced by artificial intelligence ("AI-Generated Content"), is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
AI-Generated Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. JustDidIt does not review, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any AI-Generated Content.
AI-Generated Content does not constitute and shall not be construed as legal, financial, accounting, tax, regulatory, or any other form of professional advice. You should not act on any AI-Generated Content without first seeking qualified professional advice appropriate to your specific circumstances.
JustDidIt expressly disclaims all liability arising from or related to your reliance on AI-Generated Content. Your use of AI-Generated Content is entirely at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our services is entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JustDidIt and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall JustDidIt's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or our services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to JustDidIt in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JustDidIt and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to our services; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through our services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, without liability to JustDidIt. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease.
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Delaware for any matters not subject to arbitration.
13. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JustDidIt regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Privacy Policy
JustDidIt Inc., JustDidIt Japan LLC, and their affiliates ("JustDidIt", "we", "our", or "us") respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use FoundersChecklist.AI.
1. Information handled by FoundersChecklist.AI
We process account information such as your name, email address and account identifier, and profile details you choose to provide, including your date of birth, gender, business country, industry, stage, goals, biography and profile links. We process your tasks, checklists, notes, schedules, progress, preferences, AI prompts and conversations to provide the features you use. We also process feature interactions, such as saved progress and favorites.
Optional CRM and finance features process contacts, invoices and finance records you enter. When you connect a bank using Plaid, the app may receive account metadata, masked account details, balances and transaction records. The app does not receive payment card numbers or full bank account credentials through these integrations. Optional Google Calendar features process events that you authorize for export. Optional Voice Mode transmits microphone audio to OpenAI Realtime and saves conversation transcripts. We also process subscription products, purchase history, entitlement, renewal and restore status.
2. Purposes and service providers
We use this information to operate your account, save your work, provide personalized AI responses, support integrations, manage subscriptions, maintain security and improve the service. Providers supporting these functions include Supabase for authentication and data services; OpenAI for AI and optional voice processing; RevenueCat, Apple and Google for purchases and subscription access; Google for sign in and optional Calendar integration; and Plaid for optional bank connections.
The Matching community feature is disabled in this release. Private profile information does not become a public Matching profile through this release.
3. Your choices and deletion
Users can sign in publicly using supported social providers. Restricted email access is available to approved internal and reviewer accounts. You can choose whether to provide additional profile information or use optional integrations and voice features.
You can delete individual tasks in the app and clear editable profile fields in My Profile, then save your changes. To request deletion of other selected data without closing your account, email info@founderschecklist.ai from the address associated with your account, use the subject "Delete selected data", and identify the data you want removed. We may verify your identity before processing the request. We will verify the request and respond within 30 days. Deleting selected data does not close your account or cancel a store subscription.
4. Retention
We retain information as needed to provide the service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or payment record obligations. OpenAI's default API abuse monitoring logs may retain content for up to 30 days. We do not claim that Voice Mode audio is processed with Zero Data Retention. Saved AI transcripts are separate from provider abuse monitoring logs and remain subject to our service retention and deletion processes.
You can request account deletion in Settings > Account and reminders > Request account deletion, or through Delete Your Account. Deleting an app account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google; manage that subscription in the applicable store.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
