On July 1, 2026, Pernambuco's Secti-PE and FACEPE launched Edital nº 23/2026 'Inovação Aberta para Desafios Digitais,' selecting 30 micro and small tech-based companies (especially govtech startups) with non-refundable economic subsidy of up to R$100,000 per project. Total funding is R$3 million from the Inovar-PE Fund; applications run July 3 to August 17, 2026 exclusively via the AgilFAP platform (agil.facepe.br), with preliminary results from September 4.
