Sebrae/CE, in partnership with Funcap, opened applications for the StartupCE 2026 program from July 7 to August 14, 2026, selecting up to 60 startups. Selected companies receive a 6-month acceleration cycle plus Technology Innovation Scholarships (Bolsas de Inovação Tecnológica), mentorship, training and strategic connections. Eligibility is open to formalized startups headquartered or with a branch in the state of Ceará.
StartupCE 2026 opens: up to 60 startups get 6-month acceleration + BIT grants
A Ceará-based founder should register on the Sebrae Startups portal before the August 14, 2026 deadline to compete for one of the 60 slots, gaining structured acceleration and non-dilutive innovation grant support. Even out-of-state founders can qualify by opening a branch (filial) in Ceará.
