TechCrunch and Stripe are running the first Startup Battlefield Australia, with eight selected startups pitching live at Stripe Tour Sydney on 19 August 2026. It is free to enter and takes no equity; the grand winner gets US$15,000 in Stripe fee credits plus an automatic spot in Startup Battlefield 200 at TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco (13-15 October 2026), with runners-up receiving $5,000 and $2,000 in Stripe credits. The debut cohort's applications closed 20 July 2026.
