On September 8, 2026 San Francisco-based Cognition AI closed a $2 billion Series E at a $48 billion valuation, led by Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, Founders Fund, General Catalyst and Avenir. Run-rate revenue reportedly grew from $492M in May to nearly $900M, with its Devin agent deployed inside Nvidia, GE Aerospace, Citi and Mercedes-Benz.
