MAS announced on 29 June 2026 the call for its 2026 Global FinTech Hackcelerator (part of Singapore FinTech Festival), inviting AI proposals on three problem statements: credit/fraud risk modelling in digital banking, wealth management for a digitally native generation, and SME risk-management tools. Application is free and closes 14 August 2026; up to 20 finalists each get a S$20,000 stipend, and the winner of each problem statement wins S$80,000. Finalists run an in-person programme on 11-13 November and pitch at Demo Day on 18 November 2026, with corporate champions GXS, Julius Baer and Zurich each able to select a finalist for a pilot.
