On 14 July 2026 the NSW Government announced 22 startups and small businesses would share more than $1 million under Round 2 of the 2025-26 MVP Ventures Program. The program offers up to $50,000 (Stream One) and up to $75,000 for women-owned, regional and Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander businesses (Stream Two), with about half of Round 2 funding going to those groups. Round 3 recipients are under assessment and expected to be announced later in 2026.

NSW founders with a working prototype moving toward commercialisation should get MVP-ready and watch the MVP Ventures Program page for the next open round, prioritising the higher $75k stream if they qualify as women-owned, regional or First Nations businesses.
