Ultrahuman raises $70M to turn its smart ring into a computer

Bengaluru-based Ultrahuman raised $70 million ($65M equity, $5M debt) on Sept 3, 2026 at a $365 million valuation, led by Qualcomm Ventures with Labcorp, Alpha Wave, Blume Ventures, Nexus, and Alteria participating. The company reports a $140M annual revenue run rate and is building a Qualcomm-silicon ring that runs health software on-device.

Why this matters for founders

Consumer-hardware and healthtech founders can note the shift toward on-device compute and strategic chipmaker investors as a route to differentiate wearables beyond phone-tethered apps.
