Innventure launches US$30M agri/foodtech VC fund, 40% for Brazil startups

At Corporate Venture in Brasil 2026 (Sao Paulo, Sept 15 to 16), agri/foodtech specialist VC Innventure disclosed a US$30 million fund that allocates 40% (about US$12 million) to Brazilian startups and targets roughly 30 portfolio companies. Backed companies get access to Innventure's network of 60,000 producers and 14,000 hectares across the agri-food supply chain.

Why this matters for founders

Brazilian agri/foodtech founders should approach Innventure for a share of the ~US$12M Brazil allocation and, beyond capital, tap its 60,000-producer distribution network to run field pilots and land first customers.
