AI infrastructure and cloud provider Crusoe raised more than $3 billion on Sept 3, 2026 at a roughly $30 billion valuation, co-led by Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners with Mubadala Capital participating. The round nearly triples the $10B+ valuation set in its October 2025 Series E and follows a $13B five-year cloud contract with Jane Street.
Founders planning heavy GPU workloads can watch Crusoe as an alternative capacity supplier, but the mega-round signals compute is being locked up by giants, so lock in reserved capacity or credits early.
