Notion's September 15, 2026 (3.7) release introduced 'skills' - reusable instructions that teach its AI Agent how a team works - stored in a shared workspace library and invoked via slash commands. Custom Agents can now call other agents as sub-agents, automate post-meeting recaps, and export skills to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, or Grok.
