On September 11, 2026 Salesforce launched seven named Agentforce agents (Casey, Paige, Carter, Hunter, Marshall, Piper and Fin) preconfigured for jobs across service, sales, commerce, IT/HR and supply chain. Most are generally available now while outbound-sales agent Hunter is in pilot with GA in November; Agentforce add-ons start at $125 per user per month.
