The SBA has introduced a 90% Made in America loan guarantee for small manufacturers and waived loan fees for manufacturing NAICS codes in FY2026, alongside a free 'Make Onshoring Great Again' portal connecting small businesses to more than one million domestic suppliers. These sit next to the new $50M Manufacturing in America E2G training grant (intermediary applications closed June 15, 2026). The measures aim to lower borrowing costs and rebuild domestic supply chains.
