Singapore merges PSG, EDG and MRA grants into one new EDGE scheme launching H2 2026

At Budget 2026 (announced 12 Feb 2026), Singapore confirmed it will consolidate the Productivity Solutions Grant, Enterprise Development Grant and Market Readiness Assistance into a single Enterprise Development and Growth Enhancement (EDGE) grant, expected to launch in the second half of 2026 via one Business Grants Portal application. In the interim, MRA support was enhanced to up to 70% (S$100,000 cap per company per new market) effective 1 April 2026, and PSG, EDG and MRA all remain fully open until EDGE goes live.

Why this matters for founders

Do not wait for EDGE if you have a digitalisation, capability-building or overseas-expansion project ready; apply now under PSG/EDG/MRA (especially the enhanced 70% MRA) while they are still open, then transition to the unified EDGE portal in H2 2026.
