Singapore to launch EDGE grant in H2 2026, merging EDG, PSG and MRA

Singapore to launch EDGE grant in H2 2026, merging EDG, PSG and MRA

Announced in Budget 2026 (delivered 12 Feb 2026), EnterpriseSG will consolidate the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) and Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) into a single activity-based scheme called EDGE (Enterprise Development & Growth Enhancement), launching in the second half of 2026. Unlike the current SME-focused grants, EDGE will be open to all Singapore businesses, including non-SMEs, via one application on the Business Grants Portal. Until EDGE launches, firms should keep applying for EDG, MRA and PSG as usual.

Why this matters for founders

A founder planning a productivity, capability-building or overseas-expansion project should map it to EDG/PSG/MRA now and, if timing allows, wait for EDGE's single application in H2 2026 to avoid juggling three separate grants. Get your ACRA and Business Grants Portal profile and vendor quotes ready so you can apply the moment EDGE opens.
